The month of December brought a special gift to our VDV school this year. We are thrilled to officially announce the opening of three brand-new preschool classrooms, a project designed to give our youngest learners the very best start to their educational journey.
Learning Through Play, Indoors and Out
If you walk down the new wing today, you’ll hear the hum of excitement. Our teachers and students are already settled in and are absolutely loving their new indoor spaces. These rooms were designed specifically for early childhood development, featuring bright colors, cozy reading nooks, and plenty of room for hands-on activities.
But the fun doesn't stop at the classroom door! The students have also been busy exploring our brand-new playground. From the new climbing structures to the open space for running, the playground has quickly become the favorite part of the day, rain or shine.
"Seeing the children’s faces light up when they walked into their new rooms for the first time was the best way to end the year," says our staff. "It’s more than just a new building; it’s a space where they can truly thrive."
What’s Next: Modernizing Our Classic Spaces
While we are celebrating this milestone, we aren't slowing down. With the new wing complete, we are now turning our attention to renovating our previous classrooms. We are incredibly excited to give those original spaces a fresh, modern makeover to match the high standard of our new wing.
