The 2026–2027 school year officially began today in the Ville as our faculty, staff, principals, and administrators came together for Opening Day and Staff Development! It's a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, celebrate our collective accomplishments, and prepare for the important work ahead.
The morning included a convocation led by Superintendent JR Lubisco, the recognition of educators earning tenure, and a special celebration of colleagues marking 25 years of service. A presentation followed, outlining our district goals focused on academic achievement, culture, and climate. 🎉👏
We are truly grateful for the experience, dedication, and heart that every member of our team brings to our classrooms, schools, and departments. Together, our staff is fully ready to make this a year filled with growth, collaboration, and meaningful opportunities for every single student.
