Dear Somerville School District Families and Staff,
We had three days built into this year’s calendar for emergency closings. However, we have had to close for five days due to bad weather. The State requires 180 days of student attendance; therefore, Friday, April 5th and Friday, May 24th will no longer be vacation days. Instead, our schools will be open on each date for a half day.
